Mr. and Mrs. Taylor

We married Emma off on Friday evening. At least it was to a good kilted Scotsman. It was a very small wedding, only immediate family present. If you can keep a secret, we had an illicit 15- minute ceremony in front of the cave at Big Spring Park. Couples are supposed to get a permit and probably pay a fee, but we didn't set up chairs or anything, and we decided on that location earlier that day.

The wedding night was in a tent on the north forty of the McDonald place. I don't mind the tent, as I don't think it matters where you spend your wedding night as long as its private. However, it was about thirty-five degrees and drizzly that night. They said it was fine.

Then Saturday, Emma and Barratt packed up her little piece of Honda and left us. I've already had my meltdown. It just seems so quiet around here.

It's still there, just with an underskirt and a bodice over the top. It's pretty well obscured by the fur coat, too. We should be getting some more pics up on the new family website.
